Introducing the 5-Year Parts Warranty for School Air Solutions Equipment

We are excited to announce that, effective today, all of our School Air Solutions Rev C equipment, the Backpack and Focus IQ units, now come with an industry-leading 5-year parts warranty at no additional charge. This comprehensive warranty covers all parts, excluding the cabinet, filters, and other maintenance items. We stand behind the quality and integrity of the systems we build, and this warranty reflects our commitment to providing reliable, high-performance solutions for educational environments.

Key Features of the 5-Year Parts Warranty:

• Comprehensive Coverage: All original factory-installed functional parts are covered, with the exception of cabinet components and routine maintenance items (air filters). Coverage applies to parts failure due to normal wear and tear. Labor costs are not included in the coverage.
• No Extra Charge: This warranty is included with every School Air Solution unit at no additional charge to the end user.
• Routine Maintenance: Coverage is conditional upon routine maintenance as per the product manual. Proof of a maintenance agreement or maintenance performance dates may be required.
• Exclusion of Caustic Environments: Failure due to neglect, misuse, or exposure to caustic air is not covered.
• Exclusion of Installation: Warranty applies to units purchased and installed exclusively by AIRSYS’ authorized technicians and/or authorized distribution representatives.
• Warranty Activation: The product must be registered within six months of the date the factory shipped the unit, or at the time of installation to activate the warranty. If the unit is not registered, the 5-year parts warranty activation date will match the date of shipment from the manufacturer.
