SÃO PAULO, Brazil — Airsys, a global leader in mission- critical cooling for data centers, AI and high-performing digital infrastructure, is proud to announce the promotion of Marcio Kenji to the role of Vice President LATAM. Based in São Paulo, Kenji will oversee the company’s expansion and commercial operations across the Latin American region, reporting directly to Yunshui Chen, CEO of Airsys Global.
In this pivotal leadership role, Kenji assumes end-to-end responsibility for the Latin American P&L, commercial strategy, and execution. His mandate includes driving regional revenue growth and market development in strict alignment with Airsys’ global business targets. Kenji will lead market analysis, strategic account coverage, and cross- country deal execution while focusing on building and scaling a high-performing sales and technical organization. Additionally, he will ensure regional compliance and seamless integration with the company’s global functions.

and fostering strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and telecom providers makes him the ideal leader to accelerate our growth in this vital market.”
Kenji joins the executive leadership team following a distinguished career in the mission-critical infrastructure sector. He most recently served as Head of Presales for Secure Power & Data Center (South America) and Regional Segment Director for Cloud & Service Providers at Schneider Electric. His extensive background also includes nearly a decade of senior commercial leadership at Eaton, as well as significant roles at Vertiv (formerly Emerson Network Power), where he developed a reputation for driving complex go-to-market strategies and managing large-scale data center projects for major financial institutions and global enterprises.
Kenji holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP).
His appointment underscores Airsys’ commitment to providing world-class cooling expertise and localized support to the rapidly expanding data center and energy infrastructure markets in Latin America.
