The momentum is building in Woodruff, South Carolina. We’re officially less than 30 days away from celebrating the completion of Phase 1 of our new global campus: a 245,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and corporate offices.
This milestone is a testament to the global vision of our Founder and CEO, Yunshui Chen, whose commitment to establishing our Global HQ in the U.S. is now becoming a reality.
This $40 million investment is the foundation for our next chapter, significantly expanding our global manufacturing footprint to meet the intensifying demand for high-density AI cooling infrastructure and sustainable energy solutions.
Celebrating Phase 1 Progress:
- Advanced Manufacturing Foundation: Our new Woodruff facility is nearing operational readiness, serving as a critical pillar for our global production and distribution network.
- Global Operational Hub: Finishing touches are underway on our new corporate home, designed to centralize our mission of energy stewardship and global innovation.
- Engineering Excellence: This achievement is a tribute to the dedicated team and partners bringing this world-class facility to life through technical precision and hard work.

We’re excited to mark this milestone with a ribbon-cutting on May 13 to celebrate the official close of construction for Phase 1. With the facility now taking its final form, we’re shifting our focus toward operational readiness and the next steps of our global expansion.
